I am extremely disappointed with Vehla Eyewear. I have purchased from this brand twice, and during my second purchase, the items did not meet my expectations at all. Unfortunately, what followed was even more frustrating.I contacted the brand hoping to exchange the items or receive a refund. A customer service representative, Dee Arro, responded stating: “I can confirm that a promotional code was applied at checkout. As outlined in our returns policy, orders placed using promotional offers are not eligible for returns, and exchanges are generally not offered in these cases.” I was also directed to their returns policy page.This policy was not clearly communicated during checkout, and I genuinely believed this restriction applied only to final sale items, not any purchase using a promo code. Because of this lack of transparency, I feel completely misled and taken advantage of.I truly wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS. Save yourself the stress. Based on my experience, this is not a customer-friendly or genuine company.
