I ordered two pairs of sunglasses during their “2 for the price of 1” promotion. When they arrived, I was shocked at how tiny they were. They look smaller than on the photos online — They only seem to “fit” Instagram models with filters, which now feels very misleading.The quality seems cheap, and it genuinely looks like the packaging costs more to produce than the sunglasses themselves. I doubt they cost more than a few euros to make, yet they are sold at a heavily inflated price.The worst part was the return policy. When I asked to exchange one of them, I was told that returns were not allowed because of the promotion. But this so-called “promotion” has been running nonstop all year — which means this is simply their normal pricing strategy. Legally, that means they cannot refuse a return, since the price is not actually temporary.So now I’m stuck with two overpriced, poor-quality pairs of sunglasses. Between the misleading photos, the sizing, the quality, and the return refusal, this was a very bad experience. I definitely do not recommend buying from this brand.
