When I raised the issue and reviews they said they would refund but I would need to return myself at a cost of £35+ for shipping.Be careful when being lured in by these social media Ads. A new policy for me is to check Trustpilot ALWAYS first. Same glasses selling for £12 on Etsy under different brand name.
