I am extremely disappointed with Veiled. I placed an order on 5th November, which was advertised to arrive within 8–10 days, but it took 19 days to reach a collection point. The delay was entirely their fault, not mine. I was abroad and unable to collect the parcel, and I have no idea where the item is currently. Despite multiple emails, their customer service was confusing, unhelpful, and provided false information about Royal Mail policies. For a well-known Muslim-owned company, this level of service is unacceptable. Considering the high price of the products, the misleading delivery timeframe, and the lack of clear resolution, I would not recommend ordering from them
