I am very dissatisfied with the service. I placed an order on 5th November, which was promised to arrive within 8–10 days, but it took 19 days to reach a collection point. The delay was entirely their responsibility, not mine. I was abroad and unable to pick up the parcel, and I have no idea where the item is now. Despite sending multiple emails, the customer service was confusing, unhelpful, and provided inaccurate information about delivery policies. For a well-known company, this level of service is unacceptable. Given the high cost of the products, the misleading delivery timeframe, and the lack of a clear resolution, I would not recommend ordering from them.

Veiled Collection has really good customer service because they helped me get my money back when I told them my package was lost in the mail. I would recommend this business to women because their customer service is caring and their hijab quality is excellent.
Beware — do NOT buy from this store.Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.I paid over $75 for a set, and they shipped me a damaged item. Both the pants and the top arrived with stains that did not come off. I needed it for a trip, and their solution was to offer me a 20% refund (only $12) for a faulty product.I explained clearly that I don’t live in the U.S. — and used a freight forwarder. Here we have no Islamic clothing stores, so I buy my modest clothing online. Returning the item wasn’t even possible because shipping to the U.S. has been suspended for packages due to customs regulations. Even before this change, the return cost would have been more expensive than the outfit itself.I showed them proof that the item was new with tags, I just asked for a one-time exception or at least a store credit. They still refused.I reminded them that I’ve purchased from them before and never had issues, and that I’m Muslim — honesty matters deeply to me. I would never lie just to get a refund. But they still didn’t care to make things right.What disappoints me the most is that the mistake was entirely theirs, yet I’m the one left without my money, without something I can wear, and without any real help. And honestly, based on how it arrived, it looked like a previous return that was sent out again without proper inspection.This experience made me lose all trust in their brand.I do NOT recommend buying from this store.
Returned an item to them three weeks ago and they claim they just received it and are processing the refund which can take up to another week. Seemingly untrustworthy business. Wish I had looked at Trustpilot before shopping. It appears they have breached trust with others in the online community. I will be reaching out to my bank today to discuss the charge with them.
TLDR: My package didn’t arrive despite tracker saying it did. Customer service gave me a full refund after a waiting game.I ordered five scarves during their sale. After two months, I still hadn’t received the scarves, so I reached out. It turns out their delivery tracker had shown my order was delivered the day before — I was told to wait, as the trackers sometimes update a day or two before the package actually arrives.This was a red flag, but the customer service was very polite, so I waited. When it still hadn’t arrived two weeks after, I emailed them again. Both times I emailed them, they told me to wait a few business days before asking again. This time, they were going to obtain postman footage to see where my shipment went. When that update never came, I emailed them and asked for my money back.As negative as that experience was, the customer service was good throughout. Their responses were punctual even during holiday season, and when I asked for a full refund (not store credit) they gave it. Unfortunately, due to the sketchy shipping tracker and my package not arriving in 3+ months, I would not recommend Veiled.
I live in the uk and have ordered from veiled my order arrived today . I’m soo pleased and happy with my new elegant looking hijabs , under caps and pins . Great quality, amazing range of colours . I highly recommend came very nicely packaged . I will be purchasing some more next month .
