TLDR: My package didn’t arrive despite tracker saying it did. Customer service gave me a full refund after a waiting game.I ordered five scarves during their sale. After two months, I still hadn’t received the scarves, so I reached out. It turns out their delivery tracker had shown my order was delivered the day before — I was told to wait, as the trackers sometimes update a day or two before the package actually arrives.This was a red flag, but the customer service was very polite, so I waited. When it still hadn’t arrived two weeks after, I emailed them again. Both times I emailed them, they told me to wait a few business days before asking again. This time, they were going to obtain postman footage to see where my shipment went. When that update never came, I emailed them and asked for my money back.As negative as that experience was, the customer service was good throughout. Their responses were punctual even during holiday season, and when I asked for a full refund (not store credit) they gave it. Unfortunately, due to the sketchy shipping tracker and my package not arriving in 3+ months, I would not recommend Veiled.
