Received a three piece abaya set-quality beautiful fabric however was sent with a defective zipper. I returned the abaya within their return policy guidelines-unused, all tags attached. Received an email confirmation that they received the item. Three weeks later I have no replacement sent, have sent multiple emails to their customer service and do not receive any reply. I was basically charged over $100 for an item they sent defective and now have kept without replacing. So frustrating
