Uncomfortable shoes and very slow to refund purchase price. I placed an order with Veja in early December 2025. The shoes were very uncomfortable, very stiff, and the tongue was too long and cut into my ankle. I sent them back one day after I received them. They offer a 10 day refund policy once they receive the return. They notified me they had received the return. One month later, I am still waiting for my refund. I do not recommend shopping with this online retailer.
