I had been looking forward to ordering from the company for quite some time. Unfortunately, the sweater I received came with a manufacturing defect. The material feels nice and the overall quality is acceptable for the price. However, my biggest frustration lies with the customer support. I reached out four days ago regarding this issue and have yet to receive any response or direction on how to proceed. I've noticed other reviews mentioning similar problems with their support, but as a customer, that shouldn't be my concern. When selling high-priced, premium products, reliable and prompt support is expected. This experience has left me quite disappointed. I was planning to buy more items, but given the situation, I won't be moving forward with that. This is how you lose a customer. On a positive note, the packaging was nice, and delivery was relatively quick.
