I had been eager to place an order for quite some time and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the sweater I received had a manufacturing flaw. While the material feels nice and the overall quality aligns with the price, I was disappointed by the customer support. I reached out about the issue four days ago and haven't received any guidance on how to resolve it. I've seen other reviews mentioning issues with their support system, but as a customer, that's not my concern. When offering premium products, reliable and prompt support is expected. This experience has left me quite disheartened. I had intended to purchase more items, but under the circumstances, I won't be proceeding. This is how you lose a customer. On a brighter note, the packaging was appealing, and delivery was fairly quick.

I haven't received any response to my emails. I placed an order a few days before a site-wide sale began and simply asked if they could honor the sale price. They haven’t replied. Now, I'm concerned about returning the items, as it seems unlikely they'll respond to refund inquiries either. Other reviews have mentioned this issue.
Unfortunately, the shoes I ordered didn't fit, so I returned them immediately. Since then, I've received no updates about my return, even though tracking shows the package arrived back at the sender's address around four weeks ago. My emails for information have gone unanswered, despite a stated response time of 24 hours. Calls to the support hotline are also being ignored. Given the advertised value of the company's products, such customer service is entirely unacceptable, especially considering the prices and the target audience. While the products are beautiful, it may be wise to avoid ordering them to prevent wasting time and effort on potential legal action.
