I've seen other reviews mentioning issues with their support system, but as a customer, that's not my concern. When offering premium products, reliable and prompt support is expected. This experience has left me quite disheartened. I had intended to purchase more items, but under the circumstances, I won't be proceeding. This is how you lose a customer. On a brighter note, the packaging was appealing, and delivery was fairly quick.
