BEWARE: Scam Support Line & Ghosting MerchantI ordered from Vellen-Hair.com on March 2, 2026, and it has been a total nightmare. After receiving zero confirmation through the usual business sms text you should receive, the only confirmation I did receive was a number on their webpage Confirmation #KUY7ZX9JI only. I attempted to contact their support.
MAJOR RED FLAG: The 1-800 support number listed on their official website is a FRAUDULENT line that redirects to a third-party scam (Life Alert/Earnify).
I have reached out via their website contact form, direct email, and WhatsApp. On WhatsApp, they show as "Last Seen" and active, yet they are intentionally ignoring my messages.A week of asking for confirmation on my order. I am currently filing a dispute with my bank for "Merchandise Not Received" and have reported this store to Shopify and the FTC for deceptive business practices. I also took several screenshots of things to make sure I have evidence that everything I am saying is the truth. One last thing, it seems the website also doesn’t have a delete account button. So do not make an account on this website.
Do not trust this site. They take your money and disappear. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.
