Horrible

Horrible, don't order there!!! No answer in weeks. I want to return my product and n the website they clearly say you just need to inform the costumer support. However, they never answered. Also: the delivery took weeks (they say they would deliver in 1-3 days, but the product came straight from china!).

Believe this is a fraudulent company

Believe this is a fraudulent company. Placed an order weeks ago. Received tracking which I’m sure was fake, to say that my combs had arrived which they certainly have not.

Comb arrived after about one month and…

Comb arrived after about one month and was broken. The last prong which is the most important had snapped off before I even took it out the box. They also didn’t post the tint bowels so am hoping I receive those.. also sent the wrong colour tail combs. Will not recommend or order again.

Company is scam, dont buy it!!!!!

I have ordered the combs one moth ago and still didnt receive the products. The customer service also doesnt respond on emails. I was scammed but for others dont do make same mistake.

Combs were cheap plastic not worth even…

Combs were cheap plastic not worth even the 14 dollar sale price. Brushes were a joke Do not buy Foils are very pretty though

The highlight combs are amazing

The highlight combs are amazing. But the color brushes are not worth a dime. The bristles fall out even before you’re done with your first color service.
