I cannot recommend this service if you need items quickly or if you're not certain you'll keep all the order items. I ordered several things, including a helmet for around 80 Euros. First, it took over two weeks to arrive, which wasn’t clear at the time of ordering. Second, the helmet didn’t fit well (that’s my issue). Now I have to pay 25 Euros to return it from Germany to France, while the initial shipping cost was only 7 Euros. I expected the return to be similarly priced. I reached out for a cheaper return option or a domestic return address, but they showed no concern. Additionally, I signed up for their newsletter to receive a 10% voucher, but the code was rejected for my order without explanation. The website seems quite buggy. I contacted their service department twice, expecting a solution, but received no response. As my return deadline passed while waiting, I doubt they’ll accept my return now. Their claims of caring about customers seem insincere.
