So I reviewed these idiots last month complaining about the exorbitant fees they charge: $400 for a basic tune and a new tire.This guy Chad reaches out and offers me a partial refund of $69.99.Of course I accepted and thanked him.A week goes by, nothing.Then I get an email asking if it's okay to accept a store credit for $100.I say no. I want the cash. That's what you offered. I pointed out that the refund was his idea and that to renege and offer me a store credit was shady.I still haven't received the money.
