I had an appointment at 12:30pm today - no technician showed up nor was there any communication regarding the delay. I called the Velofix number at 1:06pm and spoke with a CSR who told me she would reach out to ‘Chris’ and get back to me. When no one contacted me after 1 hour, I again called Velofix at 2:08pm and was only able to get a recording to send an email.I am surprised at the very poor customer service/communication by Velofix. I have used the service twice in the past and am extremely disappointed by what has transpired today.
