I ordered a bag and decided to return it about an hour later. I received an automatic response but no actual reply from customer service. I've sent numerous emails trying to reach them and have yet to get a response. I'm unsure what else to do but let the shipping process continue and waste more time trying to return the bag. Very poor customer service.
