Buyer beware of the false advertising regarding the 30 day hassle free return policy. They do not honor it! The bag received did not match the color ordered. They however did not agree so indicated I would have to return the bag at my cost. Which from Canada is almost the same cost of the bag. NEVER buy from this company!
The return process is extremely frustrating. You have to email to request a return, provide pictures, and then handle the shipping costs yourself, which amounted to over $50 for me in the US. It's not worth it to return an item when I’ll lose that amount and end up with something I don't like.

I ordered a bracelet as a gift, but it didn’t arrive on time, forcing me to buy another one elsewhere. When it finally arrived, the box was damaged and I couldn't even open it to see the item. I've emailed customer service multiple times for a refund but have received no response. Extremely disappointing — I cannot recommend this service.
