Very disappointing experience. I ordered a tablet just before Christmas through a marketplace from a seller. They claimed the item was dispatched and provided a tracking number, but the number was invalid. I reached out multiple times and was told the tracking would update soon. After over 20 days with no updates, I contacted them again and was given a choice of a refund or a replacement. Since I needed the item, I opted for a replacement, which they confirmed. However, three days later, I received another email stating the item was out of stock and a refund would be processed instead. This strongly indicates the item was never available initially. Communication was only possible through the marketplace messaging system, with all replies coming from no-reply addresses, making the process feel unprofessional and evasive. This experience was misleading and a significant waste of time. I cannot recommend this seller.
