Very disappointing service experience. I ordered a tablet before Christmas through the marketplace from a seller. They claimed the item had been dispatched and provided a tracking number, but that number turned out to be invalid. I reached out to the seller multiple times and was repeatedly informed that the tracking would "update closer to delivery." After over 20 days with no updates, I contacted them again and was given the option for either a refund or a replacement. Since I needed the item, I opted for a replacement, which the seller confirmed. Three days later, I received another email stating the item was out of stock and that a refund would be issued instead. This strongly implies that the item was never available in the first place. Communication was limited to the marketplace messaging system, and all replies came from no-reply addresses, making the entire process feel evasive and lacking accountability. This experience was misleading, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. I cannot recommend this seller. If it were possible to give a lower rating than one star, I would.

I bought earbuds from a seller via an online platform. They are defective; one earbud doesn't work or connect to the app, and they are only three months old. I have contacted the seller multiple times, but there has been no response. Since I received earbuds that are not the local version, despite purchasing through the local site, the local manufacturer cannot assist with the faulty item. The online platform refers me back to the seller. I feel like I was sold a defective product with no customer support from the seller. Very poor service. Ignoring customers is not a good business practice.
I ordered an item and payment was processed. They promised delivery within 4-8 business days. I ordered on August 18, and now it’s September 3 with no delivery. I have sent emails and messages with no response. This is the worst online experience I have encountered. When will I receive my item?
