A little slow in answering my request for parts. Lots of questions back and forth about what my request for replacement parts. I had to get more wordy describing what I needed than I think I should have had to do. But, in the end, I got the correct replacement parts the first in the first order; so, I am a happy rider again. Hope that if I need more replacement parts, I don't have to go through this same procedure again!
