I finally made the decision to purchase my bike on November 29th, 25'. It was a tough choice for me, but I'm really pleased I went for it. I didn't get to unpack it until late December since, as a trucker, I was too busy until my Christmas break. I took it with me on vacation out of state. The packaging was outstanding—sturdy and robust, which hinted at the quality the company puts into their products. Upon taking the bike out, I noticed a minor chip on the upper cross member bar, and I intended to file a claim, but all the necessary info had been thrown away with the trash. The box was intact, so the damage must have occurred before it was packed. I reached out to the company, and they replied the next business day. I requested a simple repair/paint kit, but they informed me they couldn't provide that. Instead of returning the bike for a small issue, I used a bit of spackle and some metallic black paint to fix it. Additionally, after adding a bike repair/tool kit, the strapping conveniently covered the area. Overall, this bike is ~AWESOME~! It's solidly constructed, with quality welding, and is an exceptionally well-made product. I'm thrilled with it. The ride is smooth, and the controls are well-designed. Just a heads up—it's FAST! I bought this bike based on a friend's recommendation, who had already purchased from the company, and after reading many reviews, I decided to go for it. I have no regrets. Thanks, company! 😎👍🏻👍🏻
