Absolutely brutal!! The boots are such cheap quality, plastic and styrofoam. Lodged a complaint and requested a refund. Was offered 15%, then 20% and 25% as a final offer. I refused and have reported this fraud to the police. It’s ridiculous that they think they can get away with this!!!
