A warning to others before spending their money like I did. I ordered what was advertised as a premium eyeliner, but what arrived was completely different. The delivered product looks cheap and is nothing like what was shown or promised. • The packaging didn’t match the online photos • The product quality is extremely low • It feels like a bait-and-switch situation • Definitely not worth the priceThey are using misleading images and descriptions to sell a subpar product. Very disappointing and frustrating. Please avoid ordering from this seller.
One of the worst experiences ever with a business. My products never arrived, and despite my repeated inquiries, I got no proper response or solution. They keep avoiding my questions, ignoring the real issue, and dragging things out, hoping customers will give up. It feels like they take your money and vanish. Absolutely no customer service or professionalism. This whole experience feels like a scam, and others should be warned before spending their money here. If you value your time and money, steer clear of this company.
0 stars - I placed an order, my card was charged, and I never received it. There’s no phone number for customer service, and my emails go unanswered. It feels fraudulent. I'm trying to find out how to report them to prevent this from happening to others.
Total scam. They give you an order number and an acknowledgment email, but you won’t receive anything. I've emailed them numerous times with no response. It's been 2 months and I still haven’t received anything. The tracking number has even expired. DO NOT BUY!!!
