I ordered multiple cases with charms and after a week of seeing that the shipping never occurred, I emailed them. They said “Oh yea sorry that’s because we don’t have the charms after all, so you can wait for an unspecified amount of time or get a refund.” What’s really interesting about this is I wanted those items so badly that I was checking the website hourly for the restock and literally as soon as they came into stock, I purchased them. A notice had not gone out about the restock yet. I was clearly one of the first people to buy them, and they remained on the website for at least a few days afterwards still as showing in stock. How is it then that they they’re saying they no longer have enough of them to fulfill my order? Clearly they’re not filling orders based on the time that you placed the order. I’m so incredibly disappointed. I’ve NEVER had a company go full week without letting me know that the items I ordered somehow aren’t available to ship. Who knows what would’ve happened if I hadn’t message them- I guess I would’ve just been waiting indefinitely.Meanwhile, I already purchased outfits to match these cases for the holidays, so now I’m so incredibly disappointed. Why did it take a week and me having to email them to find out that they sold their stock and didn’t prioritize my order even though mine was one of the first they received?! What a waste of my time. Just know if you place a larger order you may be out of luck, so if you’re going to place any orders with them at all you should probably place a small order. Just know that they may forget to fill it and leave you hanging.
