I’ve never really invested in a new phone for myself; my priority was always to ensure my kids had the latest models. That changed when I got my new device, and I finally wanted a stylish case to match it! 😉 As soon as I started looking, I was bombarded with options online, but one seller caught my eye. They provided multiple views of their cases and even videos showing how to put them on the phone, highlighting the durability and intricate details of each design. Plus, they had matching accessories! Being a huge fan of a certain popular franchise, I was thrilled when they released several cases and matching items. I knew I had to get one to see how it performed. Shipping was impressively fast, and there were always great deals available. The case quality is outstanding, and the MagSafe accessories feel incredibly secure. I also decided to try a phone charm, which I had previously thought was just a decorative gimmick. However, the charm I received matched perfectly with the case! It’s conveniently positioned at the bottom, so it doesn’t interfere with charging. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and added it to my phone right before an event, receiving countless compliments throughout the night! This case has transformed my phone into a chic accessory that stands out! Even if you’re not a fan of the franchise, their variety of designs and matching accessories are exceptional, and they always have deals. This is by far the best phone case I’ve ever used, and I’m not going back anytime soon. If I could give it more than five stars, I absolutely would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I'm absolutely thrilled with my case and will be looking to buy more to match the seasons! It feels very sturdy without being heavy, and it’s simple to apply. The quality is excellent, and I've received numerous compliments. The purchasing process was smooth, and I will definitely shop with them again.
I love Velvet Caviar! They have a ton of really cute cases to choose from. I'd never had more than one case for my phone until I found VC. I bought 4 cases. They're terrific. Not only are they fashionable, but you don't have to worry if you drop your phone, and we all know you're gonna drop it at some point! The raised edge on the front keeps your phone safe if it falls on it's face. Customer Service is very helpful if you have any questions too.
I ordered multiple cases with charms and after a week of seeing that the shipping never occurred, I emailed them. They said “Oh yea sorry that’s because we don’t have the charms after all, so you can wait for an unspecified amount of time or get a refund.” What’s really interesting about this is I wanted those items so badly that I was checking the website hourly for the restock and literally as soon as they came into stock, I purchased them. A notice had not gone out about the restock yet. I was clearly one of the first people to buy them, and they remained on the website for at least a few days afterwards still as showing in stock. How is it then that they they’re saying they no longer have enough of them to fulfill my order? Clearly they’re not filling orders based on the time that you placed the order. I’m so incredibly disappointed. I’ve NEVER had a company go full week without letting me know that the items I ordered somehow aren’t available to ship. Who knows what would’ve happened if I hadn’t message them- I guess I would’ve just been waiting indefinitely.Meanwhile, I already purchased outfits to match these cases for the holidays, so now I’m so incredibly disappointed. Why did it take a week and me having to email them to find out that they sold their stock and didn’t prioritize my order even though mine was one of the first they received?! What a waste of my time. Just know if you place a larger order you may be out of luck, so if you’re going to place any orders with them at all you should probably place a small order. Just know that they may forget to fill it and leave you hanging.
Unfortunately due to an error that wasn’t my fault, my address got entered incorrectly when I used apple pay to pay for the order even though I had written the correct shipping address in the form. I submitted a message immediately to customer service to help fix an address change but they still shipped out the order regardless and they had me deal with USPS about the package and didn’t offer any other solutions such as sending another package or refund. they even said I would have to pay the shipping fee if the package needed to be resent even tho the shipping was covered already from the order. It was a stressful experience and felt no empathy from the service which is disappointing since i love their products. customer service can be a bit slow….
