Unfortunately due to an error that wasn’t my fault, my address got entered incorrectly when I used apple pay to pay for the order even though I had written the correct shipping address in the form. I submitted a message immediately to customer service to help fix an address change but they still shipped out the order regardless and they had me deal with USPS about the package and didn’t offer any other solutions such as sending another package or refund. they even said I would have to pay the shipping fee if the package needed to be resent even tho the shipping was covered already from the order. It was a stressful experience and felt no empathy from the service which is disappointing since i love their products. customer service can be a bit slow….
