I ordered a Christmas dress that was promoted on social media. It took a month to arrive and, despite ordering a size 16, it fit more like a size 6! The length was so short it didn't even cover properly. Additionally, the zipper was broken. The customer service was very disappointing! Returning it is not an option due to a £30 return fee to China! I've ended up paying £30 for a poorly made item!
