Terrible experience with my order

I ordered a Christmas dress that was promoted on social media. It took a month to arrive and, despite ordering a size 16, it fit more like a size 6! The length was so short it didn't even cover properly. Additionally, the zipper was broken. The customer service was very disappointing! Returning it is not an option due to a £30 return fee to China! I've ended up paying £30 for a poorly made item!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a dress for Christmas that was advertised on social media. It took a month to arrive, and the size I received was completely wrong—it was more like a size 6 instead of the size 16 I ordered! It was so short that it barely covered anything, and the zipper was broken. Customer service was terrible! Returning the item costs £30 to send back to China, so I've ended up spending £30 on a useless, low-quality product!

Scammed through social media promotion
