Vendasta’s snapshot report immediately flagged dozens of serious errors that were simply not true—everything from failing grades for SEO to claiming I had only 8 backlinks (I used Yext for backlink creation, which is the exact same tool Vendasta uses). It couldn’t even detect my active Yelp and Facebook accounts, both linked directly to my Google Business Profile.I contacted support multiple times, providing proof that the data was wrong. Instead of resolving the issue, support eventually stopped responding.When I decided to cancel, I was sent a form requesting account information they already had. I filled it out—twice—and my account still isn’t canceled. I was also promised a refund by my rep, which I have yet to receive.For a platform that markets itself as an all-in-one agency solution, the inaccuracies, lack of accountability, and poor follow-through were unacceptable.
