I really appreciate this brand and what it stands for! The clothing is fantastic, and the customer service is praiseworthy. However, it would be beneficial to see updates to the return/exchange policies for customers outside the EU, as I’m in Australia. I’ve made purchases in the past, and the policies haven’t changed. I recently ordered two pairs of tall pants! They fit wonderfully, which is a relief for someone who is 6'1". That said, I do find the sizing challenging; the M size is snug around my legs but too loose at the hips. Due to the current policy, I hesitate to attempt an exchange for a different style or size.
