The clothes are good but the shipping takes so long! Even with Fedex it takes a week or 10 days, and the standard shipping is absolute rubbish takes forever and they lose parcels often, the customer service also refused to check on the package when there was no update on it for 8 days! Just told me to wait for 15 days and then they will check, the package is most likely lost and they couldn’t even contact the shipping company, ridiculous.
I ordered two tops that look extremely flattering and fit perfectly. I've gotten a lot of complements and the quality also doesn't seem bad. The package also arrived after 4 working days as promised. I'm overall very happy with my purchase and will probably order from there again in the future!
I really appreciate this brand and what it stands for! The clothing is fantastic, and the customer service is praiseworthy. However, it would be beneficial to see updates to the return/exchange policies for customers outside the EU, as I’m in Australia. I’ve made purchases in the past, and the policies haven’t changed. I recently ordered two pairs of tall pants! They fit wonderfully, which is a relief for someone who is 6'1". That said, I do find the sizing challenging; the M size is snug around my legs but too loose at the hips. Due to the current policy, I hesitate to attempt an exchange for a different style or size.
