This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've encountered. A simple shirt order took over four months to arrive, with no communication, no updates, and no effort to inform us about any supposed 'technical issues.' We were left completely in the dark. For an order costing over £70, this level of service is shocking. Being a small, self-owned company is no excuse; it should mean better care and accountability. Instead, we faced silence, excuses, and a complete lack of transparency. To make matters worse, there was a refusal to offer any form of refund, showing total disregard for customers. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
