Yes, they do take some time to arrive, but since the embroidery is handcrafted, it's completely understandable. I’ve been waiting since July for my order (it's currently mid-November) and was told it was finished back in mid-September, with a promise to ship within a week (which didn’t happen). I was then told in October it would ship by the end of the month (it didn’t). I'm no longer receiving replies to my emails, and it seems others are facing the same issue. This service used to be reliable, but now it feels like a scam.
