This is a complete scam. I ordered front top veneers but received a box with some pink substance instead. I regret not reading reviews beforehand. I sent pictures of the mold via messaging at the beginning of October and was told to expect them in two weeks. Since then, I've heard nothing and just lost my money. I reached out to my payment provider to stop the payments, but they are still being processed, resulting in a loss of $135. I've contacted my bank, trading standards, and a financial ombudsman for a refund. Avoid this seller; there are no positive reviews for this fraudulent company. I recently heard back from my payment provider claiming I received the items, but that's not true. They are deceptive. I also spoke to a representative from the company who asked about my impressions, claiming everything was fine. Now, over three months later, I just wanted these for a wedding on November 19th, but that ship has sailed.
