They didn't call me at all that day, which explains the negative reviews. I won't be pursuing this further and will advise family and friends to steer clear as well.

I've contacted my bank, trading standards, and a financial ombudsman for a refund. Avoid this seller; there are no positive reviews for this fraudulent company. I recently heard back from my payment provider claiming I received the items, but that's not true. They are deceptive. I also spoke to a representative from the company who asked about my impressions, claiming everything was fine. Now, over three months later, I just wanted these for a wedding on November 19th, but that ship has sailed.
