You filled in the wrong address yourself, which caused the package to be returned by the courier. You were wrong, and you yourself have a problem with your brain. The courier and we reminded you multiple times, yet you still did not provide the correct address to them. Your item is a custom-made product unique to you and cannot be resold. Your own mistake caused us to lose the cost of the item plus the shipping fees. Despite your own error, you actually initiated a chargeback? The fact that you filled it all in wrong shows you're an idiot; the courier and we reminded you multiple times, but you didn't correct it, showing you're a fool. And now you're initiating a chargeback, causing us to lose dozens of pounds for nothing, which shows you're a scammer. Consider these dozens of pounds as a gift for the funeral of your scammer family member.

They froze my account for no apparent reason despite my identity being verified and no transactions

They froze my account for no apparent reason despite my identity being verified and no transactions for over a year, and customer service was unhelpful and rude, literally telling me to “have a nice day” and ending the call three words into my sentence along with no explanation for any slight reason my account would be getting suspended and then they permanently deleted it. won’t recommend and won’t be using again

I would give Venmo NEGATIVE stars if I could. I set up an account to purchase something from a swap group. Venmo auto-declined my payment, specifying possible fraud. The recipient had her husband's business Venmo send me an invoice instead and Venmo still would not process the payment. Although I linked both the bank account and the bank debit card and had over $30K in the account, Venmo system said I had no balance. I chatted and called their customer service several times and no agent could help me. I asked for a manager and none was available. They told me the manager would call me and no one called. I will NEVER recommend Venmo to anyone.

If there was a zero I would give them that...I tried to transfer money from my bank to the venmo account and it was declined..I chatted with an agent Valeria 🤬who could give two shakes about it..She could care less, her exact words were " it could be security or something else" but we don't know?? It doesn't give me a reason?? Try back later..so I was typing to respond to her and she disconnected the chat😡..these guys..SMH..

Frustrating experience with the service

I've had an account with a payment platform since 2001. Recently, I opened an account with another service because many people prefer using it. However, every time I request a payment, the platform claims I’m attempting to scam someone, blocking the transaction. When I reached out to their customer support, I was told, 'there's nothing we can do about it; we can't predict future transactions, just keep trying.' This response was unhelpful, leading me to close my account.

Disappointed with the platform's performance

It's no surprise that this service has such a low rating. I’ve spent countless hours trying to use it but have been unable to complete any payments. If the person I’m dealing with would accept another method, I would abandon this service without a second thought. Oddly enough, I use another payment platform frequently without issues, and this one is owned by the same company.

Limitations on autopay options

The service restricts autopay to the statement balance, seemingly to generate more interest fees. When I reached out to a representative, they were unhelpful, insisting I could select an amount, but there were only two options: 'Minimum balance' and 'statement balance.' Why don’t they understand this limitation? It's frustrating to be forced to pay only the minimum each month, especially with such a high-interest rate.

Frustrating payment request issues

I've had a long-standing account with another payment service. I opened an account with this platform because it was popular among users. However, whenever I send a payment request, it falsely claims I'm trying to scam someone and blocks the payment. When I contacted customer support, I received a vague response stating they couldn't assist and just suggested I keep trying. This lack of support led me to close my account.

Issues with transfer requests

For two weeks, I've been unable to transfer money to my son through this platform. My requests keep getting denied due to 'inherent risks' identified by their automated systems, despite having successfully transferred funds multiple times before. It seems the new algorithms they implemented are negatively impacting loyal customers like me.
