I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Vemo over the past few days. My transactions keep getting randomly declined with no clear explanation. Sometimes my card works, sometimes it doesn’t. There is zero consistency and zero transparency. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, and the only response I get is: “There’s nothing wrong on our end. Please try again later.” That is not a solution. Here’s the bigger issue: when my transaction gets declined, I’m forced to transfer the money instead, which means paying a transfer fee. This keeps happening. At some point, you start wondering how many users are being pushed into paying unnecessary fees because of unexplained declines. What’s most concerning is the lack of accountability. No escalation. No investigation. No clear answers. Just scripted apologies and no real effort to resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I am closing my account and moving to another platform. I would strongly encourage others experiencing similar issues to reconsider using this service. There are more transparent and reliable financial platforms available.
