I don’t want to gush about Venn too much until I’ve had more time to use them, and I’m also aware of the collective inurement we’ve developed from dealing with the major banks, so the bar is pretty low. But my first impression is that I’m blown away by how easy it was to get set up. They don’t nickel-and-dime you on fees, and customer service is actually problem-solving oriented not touch-tone-hell.
