A truly exceptional experience! The customer service is outstanding, incredibly responsive and personalized! One representative in particular deserves recognition for successfully assisting us through a complex chargeback process. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided; they are definitely competing with the larger banks. My only suggestion for the team is to enable PADs for USD accounts. A mobile app would also be a fantastic addition, and I’m sure it’s being considered!

An excellent choice beyond mainstream options, making it much easier to manage our business, especially for overseas payments. There was a slight decline in support quality a while back as they expanded their team, but the support has greatly improved recently and has been very responsive. One representative, in particular, has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate their efforts to modernize banking in Canada, as it is much needed!

An excellent alternative to the larger providers, making it significantly easier to manage our business, particularly with overseas payments. I noticed a slight dip in support quality a few months ago as they expanded their team, but recently, the assistance has been fantastic and very responsive. One representative has been particularly friendly and helpful. I'm grateful for their efforts to modernize banking in Canada, as it is definitely needed!
