Best customer service from any financial institution, best rates around (no fees!) and the product is always getting new features because they are always listening to customers like myself.Vault is tech forward, so silly things like forcing me to go into a branch to sign papers or cancel services is not a thing, everything you need is in the app. If it's not there, hop on the chat and a real person will answer you questions and have you feeling like they are there to help you get to a solution. It doesn't feel like they are trying to upsell you or pressure you in to new services. It's banking how you want as a business. Someone has finally figured out that business banking should have the same perks as personal banking by eliminating all the weird quirks and fees.
