My card information was stolen, and I tried for 5 days to get a response from customer service. I got a letter in the mail stating my case was closed upon "investigation" and no fault was found. MY ENTIRE paycheck for the week was spent at a Krogers over 200 miles from where I live!! The agents act like they have no clue what you are saying and no matter how many questions I tried to ask, they kept trying to end the call. How will I get my money back at this rate???
