The chat bot told me, “You’ll hear back tomorrow when we are online” Next thing I know, Michael’s already on it, putting in overtime like a boss. Not only was he super thorough and knew the banking system inside and out, but he was also ridiculously easy to talk to. Seriously, if there was an Olympic event for customer service, he’d get the gold, hands down.I would chat with him all day about interest rates and account perks if he wanted to and I would never get bored.
