The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

This bank is very useless when it comes to protecting your money!!!!!! My Vault card was stolen and trying to get back into my account or even help from customer service because I couldn’t access my new virtual card is just ridiculous. I have been dealing with customer service for almost 12 hours about a situation regarding my virtual card and now getting locked out my account to not being able to receive emails in order to charge my password with little to no help at all!!!! Something is clearly wrong. I’m receiving emails saying my information has been updated when it’s not even me updating my information!!!! I’m not sure what needs to happen but one thing for sure I will suggest people not to use Vault at all!!!!! I have been feeling like I’ve been talking to a box of rocks every time I have to call customer service!!!!
