Well Thursday I went to pharmacy and my card was locked where someone in Brooklyn New York spent 665.00 on my card and I live in Jamestown TN. Well everytime I call customer service they circle jerk me and send me to the same person over n over. They said they would get me an electronic card that had my remainder balance and never did all I've done is fight for my hard earned money since Thursday and if the mater isn't resolved by tomorrow I'm getting my atty involved. Hands down worst I've ever been treated . My name is Carlos and I am a female Well they wanted to depute it not being me to . I'm serious I'm really going to make an example out of this company on Monday if this isn't fixed I have hungry babies at home!!!! My rents due and my rent money is locked up.
