Retainers were made up short (not including wisdom tooth) which meant it ended at my crown/bridge, and after only a couple of wears, loosened same, resulting in it then coming away in the retainer. I was told prior to them being made up that it didn’t matter that it was short as it was just missing wisdom tooth which “wouldn’t move”. I have contacted customer services on numerous occasions for refund without success. They have now stopped responding to my emails. My credit card legal department are now taking the case up on my behalf and I’m also taking legal action against them for the cost of dental work now required. Level and quality of service appauling with them unwilling to take accountability! My daughter also had an awful experience, with amateur and useless customer service, ultimately, making it out that it was her fault that they actually sent out someone else’s bottom retainer to her alongside the correct one for her top teeth. This can’t possibly be a coincidence that we’ve both had such awful experiences and don’t believe for a minute that the positive reviews can be legitimate!
