I’m really disappointed with my experience. Customer service was great at the beginning, but unfortunately the product just hasn’t worked for me. I don’t think my teeth are suitable for the click-in veneers. I followed all the instructions and tried several times with the impression kits, even paying for extra ones, including the “complimentary” ones they offered. The moulds were painful to use and my impressions kept being rejected.
I’ve spent a lot of money and still haven’t received any veneers. I was offered a 50% store credit instead of a refund, which was really upsetting considering it was shy of £400.00. I don’t have the product. I’m still hoping this can be resolved properly, but nothing so far I’ve been requesting a refund over a month now. I’m sure this is a scam due to them being so reluctant to refund my money for a product I have not received, they haven’t occurred any cost, it doesn’t make sense.
I am extremely pleased with my order (whitening trays). I received the impression kit the following day and used the easy to follow kit instructions. I managed to get it right first time but it was reassuring to have additional putty in case it didn’t go right. The WhatsApp service was easy to use and I received fast responses. I sent off my trays and they were checked in the lab and were able to be processed (I was informed that if they weren’t right, I would be able to do another impression which again is good). I recieved my trays back in a couple of days and they have been perfect! I have saved so much money using this service as the dentists were trying to charge an extortionate amount for the same thing! After being scammed by another vendor (who have since gone bust - good riddance MyDenturist), I gave Venneir a try. What a difference!
Shipped the moulds promptly, replied quickly to a WhatsApp mould image check and shipped the finished product within 48hrs. It's arrived (in a nice case), fits perfectly and the other half is happy at last.
Genuinely impressed.
There's a reason why it's cheaper. Ordered custom retainers 3 times from them. On average you have to wait a couple of hours in between responses for approval (they aren't as quick as they advertise). Takes around a week an average from the date you drop the approved impression til you receive a new one and if you mess up more than once you have to wait a couple of more days extra to reorder more putty to try again.
Had issues with the first 2 products but they were managable. Wasn't until my latest order for custom retainers that they completely showed how bad they are. Lower retainer came in fine however the upper retainer was tight on both sides and required a large amount of force to put on and take off (felt like it could snap at any minute). The first retainer I bought actually snapped only a couple months after receiving it. Clearly not a quality product. Worth noting they only provide essix retainers not vivera retainers which are alot more durable.
I have reached out to customer support who didn't really seem interested in helping and would only provide a replacement if I sent the original product back which means I would have to wait another week on top of the original while not being able to wear my retainers which I usually wear every night.
Terrible company and even worse customer service.

I am having an implant for a missing front tooth and wanted a temporary solution for a big event. I got the impression kit through and did the impression. It wasn't 'clicking back in' like they wanted so they sent me a bigger sized kit. That worked better but they were not happy about the way the impression looked and they would not approve its return. They wanted me to do ANOTHER impression with another kit they would send me
I have to add that the communications process for doing all of this (by whatsapp) was interminably slow! You send a message/picture and you wait many hours for a response, before you know it hours turn into days and there's no phone number, it becomes very frustrating for what is billed as a speedy service.
I feel each time I make an impression, there is so much pressure trying to get it off that they will remove a filling or a crown when I do it!! I really do not want to do another one. I said if I send in the one I have done and the resulting veneers do not fit or work, I will accept responsibility for that, but they won't even try. They insist I do another impression.
So I asked for a partial refund (so they can cover the cost of their impression kits) They refused me saying that their terms state that they cannot give a refund as I have used the impression kit
I'm very disappointed, what a waste of £200. take my advice and give these clowns a wide berth!!

I had a problem with the impression kit my fault not following the correct procedure but to cut a long story short my Veneer arrived this week ok it was a bit loose due to me not giving a the impression I should but so what I simply gently crimped each parting between each tooth with small pliers guess what perfect fit they look so good, I will take them out to eat though I want my lovely Veneer to last a long time. By the way down here in Portsmouth some Dentists require £500 per tooth really thanks to Venneir they have saved me a fortune many thanks 👍🏴🏴
