Very disappointed with this bunch of cowboys!!
I am having an implant for a missing front tooth and wanted a temporary solution for a big event. I got the impression kit through and did the impression. It wasn't 'clicking back in' like they wanted so they sent me a bigger sized kit. That worked better but they were not happy about the way the impression looked and they would not approve its return. They wanted me to do ANOTHER impression with another kit they would send me
I have to add that the communications process for doing all of this (by whatsapp) was interminably slow! You send a message/picture and you wait many hours for a response, before you know it hours turn into days and there's no phone number, it becomes very frustrating for what is billed as a speedy service.
I feel each time I make an impression, there is so much pressure trying to get it off that they will remove a filling or a crown when I do it!! I really do not want to do another one. I said if I send in the one I have done and the resulting veneers do not fit or work, I will accept responsibility for that, but they won't even try. They insist I do another impression.
So I asked for a partial refund (so they can cover the cost of their impression kits) They refused me saying that their terms state that they cannot give a refund as I have used the impression kit
I'm very disappointed, what a waste of £200. take my advice and give these clowns a wide berth!!
