There's a reason why it's cheaper. Ordered custom retainers 3 times from them. On average you have to wait a couple of hours in between responses for approval (they aren't as quick as they advertise). Takes around a week an average from the date you drop the approved impression til you receive a new one and if you mess up more than once you have to wait a couple of more days extra to reorder more putty to try again.
Had issues with the first 2 products but they were managable. Wasn't until my latest order for custom retainers that they completely showed how bad they are. Lower retainer came in fine however the upper retainer was tight on both sides and required a large amount of force to put on and take off (felt like it could snap at any minute). The first retainer I bought actually snapped only a couple months after receiving it. Clearly not a quality product. Worth noting they only provide essix retainers not vivera retainers which are alot more durable.
I have reached out to customer support who didn't really seem interested in helping and would only provide a replacement if I sent the original product back which means I would have to wait another week on top of the original while not being able to wear my retainers which I usually wear every night.
Terrible company and even worse customer service.
