I’m really disappointed with my experience. Customer service was great at the beginning, but unfortunately the product just hasn’t worked for me. I don’t think my teeth are suitable for the click-in veneers. I followed all the instructions and tried several times with the impression kits, even paying for extra ones, including the “complimentary” ones they offered. The moulds were painful to use and my impressions kept being rejected.
I’ve spent a lot of money and still haven’t received any veneers. I was offered a 50% store credit instead of a refund, which was really upsetting considering it was shy of £400.00. I don’t have the product. I’m still hoping this can be resolved properly, but nothing so far I’ve been requesting a refund over a month now. I’m sure this is a scam due to them being so reluctant to refund my money for a product I have not received, they haven’t occurred any cost, it doesn’t make sense.
